✅ How to ensure a “Successful Referral”? (Please read carefully)

1. Must use the referral link: Your friend MUST click on your unique “Referral Link” to enter our website. The system cannot track the referral if they search for our website directly or type the URL manually.

2. Do not switch devices or browsers: To ensure the system tracks the reward correctly, your friend must click the link and complete the checkout process using the SAME device (phone/computer) and the SAME browser. Please do not switch devices halfway (e.g., clicking the link on a phone but checking out on a computer).

3. Order must be completed: The reward coupon will only be automatically credited to your account after your friend successfully makes a payment and their order status is marked as “Completed”. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the reward will not be issued.

4. ⚠️ Coupon Usage Guidelines:

   • This reward coupon is only applicable for a minimum spend of RM 100

   • This coupon cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with other promotional codes.

   • Self-referrals (creating fake accounts to claim rewards) are strictly prohibited. If the system detects suspicious registrations or identical IP addresses, the reward eligibility will be automatically suspended.
